We guarantee your satisfaction with all our CD's. You may return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling costs).

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product within 30 days of delivery. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.

If a CD jewel box arrives cracked or damaged, we will be happy to mail you a replacement.

CD RECORDABLE MEDIA (CD-Rs)

At this early stage in our business, all of the artist's works have been recorded onto CD-Rs. This media does not compromise the quality of the recording. CD-Rs work just like standard CDs and can be played in most standard CD players. If you find that your CD does not work on your player, please try it on another CD player to see if it works OK before returning it. If you are not fully satisfied we will give you a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling costs) on return of the CD.

Unlike standard CDs, CD-Rs are less tolerant of extreme temperatures and sunlight and therefore require a little more care and consideration when handling and storing.

INVENTORY AVAILABILITY

Every effort will be made to process your order in the shortest possible time after we receive it provided the CD(s) you order are currently in stock. If you order a number of CD's and one or more are not currently in stock, we will post them to you for no extra charge once they arrive in stock. If for some reason this cannot be achieved within 30 days, we will e-mail you an order status. CD's purchased by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared.

SHRINK WRAPPING

Your CD will most likely arrive 'shrink wrapped' however, should your CD arrive without shrink wrapping, we guarantee all CD's are new stock and have not been previously used.

REFUNDS

If a credit card was used for your purchase, a refund will be issued by making a credit to your credit card account, however if you paid by cheque or money order, a refund by the same means will be made and posted to you via Australia Post postal service.
